>All items are not restockable unless otherwise stated. 

>Colour of product may vary slightly due to lighting.

>Goods sold are NOT refundable nor exchangeable. If there is any case of wrong item or color, exchanges are to be made within 7 working days. Any exchanges after this period will not be entertained. 

>Prices are NOT negotiable, this is the lowest we can offer.

>Reservations are up to 3 days only. If payment is not made within 3 day after confirmation, the item(s) will be released to the next buyer without further notice. 

>Priority will be given to buyers who can make fast/immediate payment.

* Pleased be informed that we no longer provide delivery via Pos Ekspress as of recent Pos Malaysia is restricting Pos Ekpress envelopes strictly for documents only. In order to avoid parcels returned to us therefore causing delay in delivery, we will only use Pos Laju from now on.
